Alexandra Raisman
Aly Raisman, an American gymnast, was a member of both the Fierce Five 2012 and Final Five 2016 US Women's Olympic Gymnastics teams. At the 2012 Olympics in London she was awarded gold medals in team and floor competitions and bronze on the balance beam. The result made her the Olympic gymnast with the most medals. She took gold during the team competition of the 2016 Olympics, which also made her and Gabby Douglas the first Americans to earn back-toback gold medals. In addition, she was awarded silver medals in individual all-around and for floor exercise. The three years that passed between her two Olympic Games, she had a break. In addition, she was part of two gold-winning American gymnastics squads. Her first experience with gymnastics began in the age of 2 and she has a favorite activity flooring exercise. Aly is a member of the Uniting Against Lung Cancer organisation to honor her mother, who died from cancer. She plans to pursue an occupation in fashion and hopes to broaden her signature line of leotards and socks later on. Fierce is a new book she plans to release later this year.
